My, you're very advanced for a young child, as Cameron's only son was born about 6 years ago at the most.

[Chuckle] Now, Six, be nice... Anyone silly and self-deluded enough into thinking that, in this day and age when anyone can find out in about three seconds whether James Cameron even HAS a son (he does, named Quinn btw) -- and how old he is (just turned four) -- they can fool relatively well-informed and capable fans with a generically idiotic "update" like this, is clearly several sandwiches short of a picnic. Let's not add insult to (traumatic cranial) injury; besides, "he" invited questions, so, here's one: Hey, how about that potty training, huh? Isn't that just something?

Crazy, he's talking about the sci-fi film that James Cameron is doing not that anime series that M. Night Shingga-Ding-Dong is adapting.

It would indeed be that, ashkul. Cameron's notoriously tight-lipped, bordering on paranoid, about his films; and he's historically been pretty dismissive of the Internet and his fans that congregate online to worship and speculate about his projects. I participated in a rare online chat with Mr. The King of the World several years ago, and although he was cordial and responsive, you could tell the entire process was making his teeth itch. Something tells me he's not a frequenter of Forums... at least, those not maintained by his production company, Lightstorm Entertainment. But, I suppose, anything's possible...

Besides, that information abour Zoe Saldana and jungle-themed principal photography has been reported in dozens of publications, going back the better part of the year. This was hardly what I would term a "scoop," though, you know, if it were reported on Fox News Channel it would probably warrant a FOX! NEWS! ALERT! intro...

Well said. I wonder why he hasn't responded back yet. Hmmmm..... And I didn't know there where going to be two avatar movies. I just know of that tv show so I never bothered looking up the movie.

My father ordered me no to reveal more until the date arrives. Which is very soon.

So expect another Avatar tidbit within a week or so. And it may not come from here, may arrive at the trades earlier than you may expect, but when it does, you'll know you heard the inside scoop here first.
