I'd only go for it in Box Office leagues.

I don't want to Woodcock. But I'm far behind in Box Office, and it only costs $3 in August-October Ultimate Leagues.

It probably will tank - but at that price my only other option is Sydney White.

Mr.Woodcock will tank bad there has been no ads for it it is destined to be a bomb.

I've seen plenty of ads for it. More than I have for Good Luck Chuck, actually.

As long as it does better than the brave one I'll will be very pleased. Jodie Foster annoying anyone else. I caught in the paper the other day that she rented sin city and got pissed because she coudln't believe that people thought child molestation was funny. Other than Jackie Boy getting his head shoved in piss, what the Hell was funny about that movie. She needs to understand the difference between comic books and graphic novels. Either that or she should be executed for retardation coupled with failure to produce talent in her movies.

Yeah, this is the problem...there doesn't appear to be any $3-5 movies with any real BO potential except Chuck and Woodcock. Perhaps the Comebacks, but that will probably tank greater than Woodcock.

I think its a conspiracy, really.

I think the comebacks is gonna be amazing. I think this is koechners first lead role and he looks likes he's got it nailed down. Will it beat Good Luck Chuck. Doubt it. But they're being released at two completely different times so you never know.

I also think The Comebacks will be great it looks funny and David Kochner is great and it looks so much better than Mr.Woodcock.

First of all, The Comebacks is going to be absolutely terrible. It won't be funny at all, no matter how quasi-talented David Koechner has accidentally proven himself to be. And it'll be a huge surprise if it breaks $10 mill.

Second, I think Mr. Woodcock might actually prove to be pretty decent. It won't beat Good Luck Chuck at the Box Office, but it should do pretty well. I think the quality will be there as well. I predict it will be a pleasant surprise. Nothing spectacular, but should be decently entertaining.

From my 3 months experience of playing this game I have come to realise that the majority of movies tank. The studios seem to recoup their money on a hand-full of hits, DVD sales, and other collaterals.

At $3 and $5 respectively, I imagine that both Woodcock and the Comebacks will tank. However, in my August-October League, Mr. Woodcock will have 45 days to slowly accumulate box office, whereas The Comebacks will only have 11 days to pinch some pennies.

Both will have low IMDB scores, and I doubt either will score major PTA or Top 5 points. Hopefully the low Imdb scores will be offset by my filling my slate.

I actually wouldn't be surprised at all if The Comebacks breaks $20 million.

I agree. I don't think it will be a great or even goodmovie by any means, but I think it will get a few tickets sold. Merely for their marketing campaign. My theater had this standee, who I assume is Stacy Kiebler hiking a football. I'm sure it will get a few from folks from the high school to college crowd.

There is something that is giving Epic Movie a run for it's money as the lowest and most spectacularly crapola movie in cinema's history in the past 3000 years.
