Guilty pleasures have surely got to have at least some decent aspects to them, from what I've heard Boll's films do not posses this. My most recent guilty pleasure was watching An American Werewolf In Paris. A shocking sequel to London, but there is a good soundtrack, Julie Delpy and some really dodgy cgi that make it fun to watch!

Check this out:

http://www.petitiononline.com/uwelive/petition.html

There's actually a pro-Uwe Boll petition in addition to an anti-Uwe Boll petition. It states that Uwe Boll should never have to stop making movies. Hum...it's weird how there's not nearly as many signatures for this one.

Well, I haven't seen any of his movies. So even if they suck as much as everybody says, i wouldn't sign the petition to make him stop making movies. Judging by Uwe's character its not like he would stop making movies even if it had 5 million signatures. Besides if anybody hates him and his movies so much just dont watch them.

I wouldn't sign the pro-uwe petition though either. because from what i have seen, the way he handles his criticism, He is a crazy A$$ psycho

OK for those who are unfamiliar with Uwe's movies let me give you a summary of "House of the Dead."

The movie is based on a video game in which a gun is used to shoot zombies and such. In the movie which is about a bunch of pretty people getting stranded on an island that they went to for a rave. Then dead things start killing people and the hot people must fight back. Already sounds terrible right?

Ok now picture that every time someone kills a zombie in the movie, a quick cut scene from the video game runs onscreen for 2-4 seconds of the game with a gun shooting zombies. This happens maybe 10-15 times in the movie. I am not kidding. They show video game footage during the movie. In the words of the internet age, WTF!!! Dubya Tee Eff indeed.

I laughed for so long on that. My brain could not comprehend that a director would use game footage in a movie and think it was a "brilliant" idea.

Now for those that haven't seen it, go to imdb or RT and vote it a 2 or 3. Thanks. LOL

Uwe's feelings have been hurt. Michael Bay's response to Boll's previous rant was, to quote Boll, "really insulting." Yet calling Bay a f***ing retard isn't insulting?

Anyway, Boll wants to settle it like real men... in the boxing ring. Boll vs. Bay, 12 rounds, Mandalay Bay, this fall. Put down your beverage before you watch, else it'll spray out your nose...

Before Transformers I wouldn't have known who to support, but now Im right in Bay's corner. I'll hold the water bottle and give Boll a few sly digs from behind while he's not looking.

edit: How will a boxing match "...clear it up who is the better director."? Im sure talent as a director is not assesed by abilities in a boxing ring. Otherwise Mike Tyson would have won an Oscar years ago, and Muhammed Ali would have been put into the hall of fame for his achievements. Just goes to show how much of a talent this guy really is.

Seriously, does Uwe think people will start respecting him even if he beats them in the ring. It didnt work with the critics. Just goes to show how dumb he really is.

Stride gum (a division of Cadbury) has joined the foray promising to give away 1million packs of free gum if the petition reaches the same number.
