Wall-E: 9/10. Was almost perfect in every way except the way it ended. Which took a point. Other than that i wouldn't of changed a thing.

Hellboy 2: 7/10. Was good fun.

Hancock: 5/10. I thought it was ok, nothing special. although it gets an extra point for having Charlize Theron as a hot superhero

I heard that in some places the Ushers have NIGHT VISION GOGGLES! thats f*cking crazy! They also have to get the crowd to hand in their mobile phones at some venues! Big, this movie is...

I doubt movie theater employees have them, but studio security using night vision is nothing new. They usually use it during sneak peaks, one of the guys from WB let me use his when they were at my theater for the sneak of Fool's Gold (I think that was the one).

It was pretty cool.

I remember that police officers and security from the state were brought in to prevent piracy (such as check bags for cameras) for at VIP-only screening of the Halloween remake.

When I become a director, I'd want my films to be run with security around to prevent piracy. In fact, more directors should be like Kubrick in things like this.

I wish someone would do what Hitchcock did for Pyscho - order theaters not to allow anyone into the theater after the movie has started.

I hate it when people walk in late, making noise taking off jackets and sitting down and all that. Meanwhile, I'm missing important plot points (to quothe Jack Nicholson in Anger Management).

Well colour me surprised It was a great film, it just seemed too independant, and too few explosions, for what you usually like!

The Dark Knight: 10/10. I am going to hold off on this til I type up my formal review. The one thing I can tell you however, is I am really, really saddened once again by the talent this world has lost by the death of Heath Ledger. That thought just didn't leave my head throughout the entire film. Of course, the house was packed, for anyone who was wondering, and the theater was running about 5 showings.

I am going to give The Dark Knight a 10/10 only because I can't give it like a 1000000/10, I was told that was illegal, so 10/10 it is.

This movie squatted over Iron Man and all the Spider-Man movies and took a huge crap on them, yes that is how amazing it is, I swear.

The Dark Knight - 10/10
I don't really know what to say at the moment, I'm pretty awed. The movie had its "flaws" if you could call them that, but just so eclipses modern blockbuster cinema that theres nothing you can do to deny it.

Someone earlier commented about Aaron Eckhart stealing the show - I disagree. He was brilliant, but EVERYONE in this film was brilliant. Heath Ledger took the movie and wrapped it around his little finger. It takes a serious talent to rival Christian Bale's charisma, and he DID IT.

I honestly thought you all were bonkers with mentions of a post humous oscar nomination for this type of film, but now I'm a believer.

The Dark Knight: The Imax Experience

3:30 AM

Trailers: A Harry Potter pre-preview placard, people excited but then disappointed, some guy yelled it was the best preview ever!

The Watchmen - I knew what it was but people were saying what is that? huh? Then they oooh and aaahed until the title came up and there was appaluase (P.S. it's coming to IMAX too and looks tailor made for it!)

That was it!!

99% capacity

Is it a masterpiece? I don't know. Time will tell. But the superhero genre sue got it's ass kicked today. This movie is unprecedented. It's way too early to think coherently so I'll type a real review later. My only complaint is that it was too short! LOL

Dark Knight
I've been anxiously awaiting this movie for a year and a half now, and I'd have to say I've never been more excited to see a movie in my lifetime. And as usually is the case, I don't know if I'm the first to feel this way, I was disappointed. Now, I'm not saying it wasn't ridiculously amazing...It just wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I much prefer Batman Begins, for reasons I don't feel like getting into right now, but I give it a 8/10.

stan when I saw your name posting on this thread I just knew you were going to be disappointed... I think its kinda scary that I can know your reaction to a film just based on my own. I thought it is quite possibly the greatest movie ever made, so I knew you would just have to find things to dislike about it. Same with frisky.
