Nope, Tuan, I didn't see it and don't want to. You'd have to pay me a lot to sit through another Michael Bay film again (My Room 101 would consist of a chair with straps, Clockwork Orange-esque eye opening devices, and an endlessly playing Armageddon).

I've read the good reviews, but they don't sell it to me. Die Hard 4 got nothing but great reviews but I still see it as an insult to what John McClane originally represented.

To sum up:
Bah, humbug

Die Hard was frickin awesome. I don't see how insult the original John. considering its the same guy. They marketers were right. Not a whole lot of special effects and digital editing. But it was a two hour adreniline pumping thrill ride that I estaticly watched twice. That movie had three flat out awesome performances from Willis, Long, and Timothy Frickin Olyphant who is rapidly becoming one of my favorite actors. Not to mention the other really good performances by Mclanes daughter whose name escapes me and Maggie Q. Oh yeah and NSA hacker dude whose name also escapes me. This movie is definatley in my top ten if not top five for the year. If your a Die Hard fan and you haven't seen this movie. You gotta be on drugs.
