I have a suggestion Shyrke. I would like to see a column next to the first column (overall position) showing a player's position the week before, ie 'last week'. It would be interesting to see the big movers (both up and down), get a better idea of the impact across the board of a certain movie being released etc. I understand if that is too much work and maybe I shouldn't be so lazy and look myself at the standings from the week before.
Love your work Shryke, and it may not be much of a reward, but I am sure you have all of us players' respect, admiration and gratitude for the time spent compiling these standings.

I third it. You know i would do it myself, if i was smart enough. Shryke is so smart. but thats ok. i'll just make sure im not in the red and everything will be alright.

I supposed I could try to squeeze one more column in there, but I would have to either a) shrink the margins even further, 2) make the page-size smaller, as if it wasn't small enough already! or 3) shrink the font size.

Regrettably, the column on the left that states current position cannot be changed, in the ULtimate format, because the formula that I use to compute the points in each column depend on those numbers remaining uniform. However, when after enough weeks go by and the players have become more differentiated and spread out, it might be possible. I'll get to work on that immediately.

ETA: It's done. From this point on, after about a month or so into each round, I'll add the column that shows what everyone's previous position was. You'll see it featuerd in the Round 1 standings next week.

Wow... This is weird, y;all... For once, I need to update everyone on Shryke's recent absence, and explain its reason...

Some of you may have noticed that there have been no Super Leagues updates since last week... Also, that our friendly neighborhood Shrykester has been strangely silent on the boards of late. He left me a message asking me to pass along the following: He's fine, but experiencing some fairly maddening computer difficulties (and he's not able to access FM from work), so it may be a few more days 'til we hear from our hard-charging, ever-reliable bard / sage / legendary talent. His 'puter's being cracked open by the doc (stop snickering, boys) right now, but, no worries... He'll be back just as soon as circumstances permit.

So, allow me to wish Shrykey, and everyone, a very Happy Valentine's Day. And, if you can't be with the one you love, kidnap the one you're with, lock 'em in the basement and deny them basic nourishment and hydration until they're ready to profess their undying affection for you. (No, really, I'm kidding. Denying 'em television will probably be enough.)
