JJ Abrams hasn't let me down yet (except for season 3 of Lost, ugh),
Gotta half-agree, half-disagree with you there, kid_icarus... Lost had been getting progressively worse through the first half of Season 3. But then, something unexpected. It got good again in the final 4-6 weeks. It was exciting, not too confusing, with some kick-ass action and some surprising deaths. *Boohoo*Charlie*boohoo*
But you're right about J.J., the man is an artiste.

Have to agree with Shryke about Season 3 of Lost but i didnt find the death of Charlie that surprising i knew it was coming since that really bad time travel episode.

I'm with Shryke, I started losing interest in Lost due to Season 3. The whole mystery thing has gone on for too long, and it's now just getting frustrating. Sure, the flash-forward was interesting, but there's another 3 series to go. I just feel it'll end up like The x-files

It looks Blair Witch meets War of the Worlds.

Yeah Tuan, considering it's the only decent thing on TV these days (Heroes isn't on Irish terrestial TV), I probably will stick with it.

I downloaded a few episodes of Heroes, and I'm really enjoying it so far... it's well paced and quite entertaining. But I'll see how it goes.

Is cloverfield like an inside joke on set or something. Cause from what i've seen and heard it doesn't make any sense as a title. Blair witch meets war of the worlds indeed. At least it has one decent movie in the mix

The statue of liberty head hitting the street got me the most interested in the film.

Whoa there pilgrim. I knew it was a working title, I just thought it was a very strange working title that didn't make any sense. Figured it was kinda one of those scenarios where somebody goes "hey what should we call this thing" And the coffee guy goes "call it cloverfield, thats a funny name" and another guy(probably the boom handler) says"thats a dumb name" so the director says "alright. Until we come up with a better name will call it cloverfield."
And why wouldn't I think it wasn't a real movie. I did see the trailer. I've never seen a fake trailer. Til I watch grindhouse.
And i was refering to blair witch being a retarted movie.
